Privacy Policy

1. Introductory Provisions

The personal data controller processed within the online store www.andarchive.cz is Michela Kašparová, Ortenovo náměstí 1321/29, 170 00 Prague - Holešovice, ID No. 29552664, info@andarchive.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "controller").

The protection of the buyer's personal data is carried out in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

 

 

2. Source and Type of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data obtained on the basis of the fulfillment of the buyer's order. Personal data means all information about an identifiable natural person to the extent of:

- first name and surname;

- residential address or delivery and billing address, if different from the residential address;

- identification number and tax identification number;

- email address and telephone number;

- possibly other personal data provided in the order. 

The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data correctly, accurately and truthfully, and are obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of any change in their personal data.

 

 

3. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase agreement, fulfilling the controller's legal obligations, and the controller's legitimate interests, especially for sending commercial communications regarding similar goods. In other cases, especially for marketing beyond this scope, personal data is processed only with consent. 

The provision of personal data by the buyer is not mandatory. However, the buyer acknowledges that the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding the contract, and without providing personal data, the purchase agreement cannot be realistically fulfilled, nor can the goods be delivered.

The seller may authorize a third party as a processor to process the buyer's personal data. The seller transfers the buyer's personal data to another controller, an external carrier, and persons involved in the delivery of goods to the buyer. The buyer's personal data will be transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of goods.

 

 

4. Storage of Personal Data

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the purchase agreement and to assert claims from these contractual relationships. Personal data will be stored for direct marketing purposes until consent to the processing of personal data for these purposes is revoked, or until the purpose for which consent was given ceases. Accounting and tax documents are stored for the period specified by legal regulations. 

Personal data will be processed electronically by automated means or in printed form by non-automated means. The buyer's personal data is processed in a way that ensures adequate security against misuse, loss, destruction, or damage in both electronic and paper forms. Only persons authorized by the controller have access to the buyer's personal data. Such authorized persons may include persons involved in the delivery of goods and payment processing, persons providing services related to the operation of the online store, and persons providing marketing services.

 

 

5. Buyer's Rights

The buyer has the right to request access to their personal data and information listed in Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification or erasure, or to restriction of processing, and the right to data portability to another controller under the conditions and with the limitations specified in Article 20 of the GDPR. The buyer has the right to object to the seller regarding the processing of their personal data. If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information. Requests for exercising rights can be submitted by e-mail to info@andarchive.cz, always stating the name, e-mail, and possibly the order number. 

If the buyer believes that the seller or processor is processing their personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the buyer's private and personal life or contrary to law or GDPR, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the buyer may ask the seller or processor for an explanation or demand that the seller or processor rectify such a situation. In the event that the buyer is dissatisfied with the processing of personal data, they may lodge a complaint with the seller or the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

 

6. Final Provisions

By submitting an order from the online order form, the buyer confirms that they have read the personal data protection policy and accept it in its entirety.

The seller may change or supplement the wording of the personal data protection policy. The seller will publish the new version of the personal data protection policy on its online store website and will also send the new version of these terms to the buyer at the email address provided to the controller.

These terms and conditions become effective on August 19, 2026.

 

 

Cookies

The user acknowledges that the online store operator may process cookies. Cookies are text files sent by websites and stored on the devices of buyers and users of the store's web interface, for the purpose of ensuring the basic functions of the online store, for analyzing how buyers and users use the store's web interface, and for marketing purposes only with the user's consent. 

Cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of the website or the analysis of its operation are processed only if the user gives free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to their processing. Consent to the processing of cookies can be given via the cookie banner on the website or through browser settings. Cookies will be processed for the period strictly necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the online store.
