Return Policy

Sometimes, even a carefully selected item might not fit as expected. If this happens, you can easily return it. How to proceed?

1. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@andarchive.cz and include your order number. We will send you return instructions promptly.
3. Please carefully pack the goods and send them via PPL carrier according to the instructions we will send you by email. There is no need to print a label.
4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
5. We kindly ask that the goods be returned unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered, including all attached tags.
6. After the returned goods are delivered and inspected, we will refund your money using the same method by which the order was paid. We refund money within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract at the latest, but usually sooner.
